#GivingTuesday, is a day dedicated to giving back! Our goal is to raise $5,000 on just this one day but we need your help! Please consider making a donation and sharing the link to donate with your friends, family and co-workers. Funds raised will help us in provide children with cancer and their siblings the opportunity to attend Special Days Camps. Your donation of any amount will go a long way towards ensuring this year will be one the kids won’t soon forget!
For all of you in the Ann Arbor/ Detroit area, a supporter of Special Days is holding a fundraiser for camp at their Hallmark Stores. Tickets may be purchased on our site in our shop until Friday August 12th at 10pm. They are ALWAYS available at the door. (Tickets may also be purchased at ROMTLIVE.COM but additional fees may apply.)
Tickets purchased through Team Kendal Kidz will be held at will call at the Royal Oak Music Theatre until 8pm unless otherwise specified.
ID will be required to pick up your tickets so PLEASE use the ORDER COMMENT box at the bottom of the checkout page when using our site to list any additional names needed. for pick-up.
On August 27th the Wheelin’ for a Cure Committee will be at the Grand Rapids Metro Cruise on 28th St. in the Grand Central Plaza with No Limits Motorsports, (across from BWW) Stop by and enjoy a Moink BBQ sandwich, chips and cookie all for only $5.00. Cash or Charge. All proceeds will go to Special Day’s Camp.
The 27th is also the last day to sign up for the Wheelin’ for a Cure event to receive your FREE T-shirt. We hope to see you all there!!!
A Moink is a meatball wrapped in bacon, smothered in the WFC signature BBQ sauce served on a Hawaiian Sweet Roll. Very Yummy!!!!
This summer promises to be exciting and action packed, filled with activities. You might be wondering about the theme for Special Days this summer! It has been a MYSTERY! A few people have asked, “What’s the STORY? The theme is…Special Days: Cover to Cover. We are going to dive into all of your favorite books and stories! Whether you like fantasy, Sci-Fi, Anime, fairy tales, mysteries, humor or romance (just kidding! That would be inappropriate!), we will have an awesome time telling stories and choosing our own adventures! From the first day to the last, we have plotted out a spectacular week of page turning fun! What’s that? Reading isn’t your thing? No problem! The best stories are the ones we act out or hear around a campfire! CAN’T WAIT to see you at Special Days: Cover to Cover!

If your child(ren) are riding the bus then we’ve attached the details for our transportation service below. This document includes drop off / pick up times and the address for the locations we serve in Detroit, Ann Arbor and Lansing. Please plan to arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the scheduled time so we may remain on schedule, unfortunately, the bus will not be able to wait for families that do not arrive by the listed departure times.

8:30 a.m.– Registration, Golf Clinic, Brunch & Open golf range
10:00 a.m.– Shotgun start
3:00 p.m.– VIP Cocktails, Spouse Reception, Scoreboard on the patio, Silent Auction
4:00 p.m.– Dinner, Open Bar, Live & Silent Auction / Program
Registration for the entire day is $175 per person (dinner only is $50).
